1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Forenly AI Platform website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Forenly AI Platform and is protected by international copyright laws.

3. Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Forenly AI Platform, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6. Purchased Services & Implementation Programs

In addition to general website use, Forenly AI Platform sells productized services and implementation programs through its marketplace. The following terms apply to any paid order:

  • Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments and others listed in our Refund Policy), who is the authorized reseller for the transaction and handles billing, tax, and invoicing. Your payment is also subject to that processor's buyer terms presented at checkout.
  • Fixed scope. Each program (e.g. Implementation Starter / Professional / Enterprise) is a fixed-scope, fixed-price package. The deliverables, number of sessions, and timeline are those stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Work outside that scope is a separate engagement.
  • Delivery. Services are delivered through your customer portal at app.forenly.ai as a defined sequence of stages (intake, configuration, deployment, hand-off). Timelines begin once you complete the required intake, not at the moment of payment.
  • Customer responsibilities. Timely delivery depends on you providing required information, access, and approvals. Delays caused by missing inputs extend the timeline accordingly.
  • Intellectual property. Upon full payment, you own the configurations and deliverables produced specifically for you. Forenly retains ownership of its underlying platform, tools, and reusable methods.
  • Refunds & cancellation. Refund eligibility for each product category is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Acceptance. By accepting these Terms and the Refund Policy at checkout and completing payment, you enter into a binding agreement for the purchased service.
